I'm Shahar. For twenty-three years, I built a career in tech. Then I stepped away from it — and gave the rest of my life back to the sport I had always loved.

DISCOVERY CALL
30-minute intro call A focused conversation to understand your training, schedule, constraints, and goals. We’ll review your current routine and upcoming events, and decide together whether we’re the right fit. Free. No commitment.

DETAILED ASSESSMENT
After our intro call, I’ll send a focused questionnaire covering your training history, current fitness, life load, and constraints. We’ll identify what has worked, what needs improvement, and build a realistic race and goal calendar for the season. From there, we define your key goals and season anchor points.

THE PLAN
A personalized training program in TrainingPeaks, with full coaching management. Ongoing tracking and analysis of every session — load, performance, and recovery. Dynamic adjustments based on real-world data, not a fixed plan. Continuous feedback and control over key performance metrics.

RACE WEEK
Focused guidance and precise final preparation toward race day — pacing, nutrition, tapering, and A/B scenario planning. We’ll also refine mental cues, effort management, and race-day decision-making. I’m available on WhatsApp on race morning for any question, hesitation, or last-minute adjustment.

Yes. That's where most athletes start. The first goal is to build a real foundation, habits, and consistency — before we talk performance.
What does the process actually look like?+
A personalized program in TrainingPeaks, ongoing monitoring, workout analysis, dynamic adjustments, and continuous feedback. The plan evolves based on real execution, load, recovery, and life.
Can I train remotely from anywhere?+
Yes. The entire coaching relationship is online — we can work together from anywhere in the world.
How do we communicate?+
Mostly through WhatsApp and TrainingPeaks. I'm available for questions, updates, adjustments, and feedback throughout the process.
I don't have a lot of time to train. Can this still work?+
Yes. The plan is built around your life — work, family, load, and real-life constraints. The goal is a sustainable process you can stick with over time.
I'm coming back from an injury. Is this for me?+
In most cases, yes. The focus is on gradual build-up, smart load management, and listening to your body — for healthy, lasting progress.
How often does the program update?+
The program is dynamic and updates continuously based on workout execution, recovery, load, and changes in your routine.
What happens if I miss a workout or a week?+
Nothing is "ruined." Life happens — and the plan knows how to adapt to reality. The goal is consistency over time, not perfection.
